1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xx99900 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the xx99900 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and xx99900. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise in writing.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Age Verification

xx99900 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to before processing the first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Until age and identity are verified to our satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of the verification process.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by a player who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned to the deposit source after investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided.

3 Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

Account Verification (KYC)

This involves submitting copies of identity documents and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal and may be requested at other times at our discretion. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. xx99900 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned to the source after investigation, and any winnings derived from those funds will be voided.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team within 24 hours of submission. Wagering Requirements

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by xx99900

xx99900 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request; an account remaining inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance; or where continued operation of the account would conflict with our obligations under applicable regulations or internal policy.

Where an account is closed by xx99900 for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be voided in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, where we withdraw from serving a particular market — any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method.

Closure by the Player

You may close your xx99900 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@xx99900. Before closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. If you are requesting account closure because you are concerned about problem gambling, please inform the support team and consider activating a self-exclusion before or instead of a simple closure, so that appropriate safeguards can be applied. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.
